There should be time sheet filters available in the time sheet report. Currently, there are volunteer filters available, but the volunteer type on their time sheet may not match the volunteer type in their record, so it eliminates people. A time sheet query would be another way to fix this problem. The only way to query the people I want is by constituent query, but when using it in a report, it won't filter out the time sheet records that don't meet the criteria from the query.
