Notify feature in Actions needs to be more userfriendly. Allow action notes to show in the body of the Outlook appointment. Allow the user to disable "set reminders for" feature. We don't always need an advance reminder. Allow backwards integration so that a user can change the appointment time in Outlook and have it reflected in RE. Allow permanent configuration wiht Outlook so we don't have to enter Exchange information everytime we want to schedule an appointment on an Outlook calendar.
