When an action reminder appears in Outlook, users only see the subject (includes the constituent name) and the action category (task/other). It would be helpful to see information, such as the Campaign and/or Fund, the action type, and any associated solicitors.
I know this is an old suggestion, but still a valid one it would seem. It's not very helpful as it's currently set up as you still have to log in to RE to find out what you actually have to do!
It would be great to have all of the information from the action reminder in Outlook (ie. phone number and/or email address) so you do not have to go back into RE
