Most often when a donor has trouble making a gift on our donation pages it is because the expiration does not follow the mm/yyyy format. The page clearly states that is should be mm/yyyy but they are looking at their card that says mm/yy so they enter it wrong. There are only so many options why not just make a table for the month and the year.
