Include packages with zero amounts

It would be helpful in the appeal performance analysis report to be able to not only filter by package but merely have an additional option to "include packages with zero amounts". The default in turn would be to only include packages that have received amount. This would essentially also resolve the other suggestion of creating a package filter since you can filter gifts included in the report based on a gift query you create. Thanks!
