While the reports are nice, in my department we like to export things to excel to view and manipulate many data points at the same time. Our exports are quite large so just doing say a package export would not be efficient for our department. We average 10-15 packages per appeal and we do 3 to 4 appeals per year. If we could export packages the way that we export appeals that would be very helpful.
