Create a device that does not require the use of an ipad, iphone, or android.

We love using BBMS and wish to be able to use them to process ALL of our credit card transactions. It would be very helpful to be able to process a credit card through a cash register, not just a mobile device.

While perhaps not a cash register, you can use a USB enabled swiper to process transactions via a laptop or computer. We purchased them a few years ago and use them right in the BBMS terminal from a laptop. They were about $75 each.
