Some fields are available to be entered in Raiser's Edge but can't be made a "Required" field, even if their integral for reporting. For instance, the "Campaign" field in a proposal is cannot be made a required field.

To ensure this field is populated, we either have to a) run a query on a regular basis to find these fields and update them, or b) create a default set that would only apply if you were using the same values. Allowing all fields to be made required would be the most convenient way.
