Do not default 'to' date for constituency codes to date a record is marked deceased

When a record is marked as deceased, at save the 'to' dates for constituent codes auto fills to current date, regardless of date entered as date deceased. Would like to be able to enter the date of death, save and have the date for the date of death field auto entered. Very rarely is a record marked as deceased the same day the person dies. Always have to edit constit. codes.

    You can change this (somewhat) in Configuration > Business Rules > Constituent Options > Deceased Options > Enter the current date as the "Date to" for all of the deceased active Constituent Codes. If you uncheck that checkbox it will leave the "Date to" field alone and you can manually enter the date you wish. Would be nice if you could chose from 3 options: Today's date, deceased date; no change.
