Since no running total of sponsoring pledges to a participant in an Event is stored anywhere in the database, an Export should allow for more than 99 such pledges to get a real total for a participant. I have participants who have way more than 99 pledges for an Event. It would be even better if the running total was actually stored in the participant's record rather than runnign a query and then runnign an export to get those correct totals. And, with the limit of 99 pledges, the query/export doesn't cut it! As it is, I have to run a query of participants for an event and include every one of their pledges. I then export the results to an Excel file and have to subtotal the pledges to get their total funds raised. This obviously creates multiple rows for each participant and makes a lot of manual work to get a list of participants sorted by total pledged amounts from highest to lowest, etc.
Um - why would a person have 99 pledges for one event?
Ditto Melissa's question. Are you familiar with the gift solicitor function?
