Every month I add a series of actions to a different set of records, but the actions themselves are the same. Due to the amount of text used in the Notepad section trying to do this through import doesn't work properly, so I am using Global add records (action) to do so. The problem with that is that I have to set-up the details of each action every single time I want to do this because there is no way to make a template for global additions that I can see.
