At present, a user who forgets their user name, can re-register, using the same email address and a different username/password combination.

This requires us to go into BBNC, unlink the previous registration and link to the new one OR

Provide the user with their username. Instruct them on how to reset their password and delete the temporary user registration.

There should be an alert issued when they register if the email is already in BBNC!!
