enable configuration of marketing source code field as required to support BBDM/Raisers Edge integration

BBDM relies on the Raisers Edge field marketing source code as the basis for applying parameters of direct mail selects. To help BBDM/RE clients ensure that all gifts are properly coded for selects, please add the marketing source code field to the fields that can be made required.
