Pledge is not counted in Total Committed in the Fund Summary Dashboard

The Pledge Balance is counted instead of the full Pledge amount in the Total Committed calculation of the Fund Summary dashboard. Please provide an option to choose the Pledge Amount or the Pledge Balance.

    I hope this glitch gets taken care of. It really doesn't make much sense that the total in the TOTAL COMMITTED field would only include pledge balances. This amount should be the total amount of all dollars that have been committed (all donations) to a project. The Amount Received field should be the amount of "cash" received.

    We need to be able to exceed the pledge amount when assinging a gift to a pledge. Currently it goes as a cash gift or an additional pledge, neither of which is satisfactory.
