I found this issue when I was trying to contact those that still had a pledge balance because we are at the end of fiscal year. The first I came accross showed she had a balance of $9,375 and she does not have a balance and I could not find that number in her record at all. This has caused us to report to our Head of School and Board $50k that we did not have. Now we are at the end of fiscal year, down by $50k due to a check of a button in Blackbaud.
