In Actions, have forms automatically populate in the notes, based on action type.

It would be great to have a "form" automatically populate in the action notes, based on action type. For example, if "Task/Other" was selected and action type was "Asking Strategy", in the notes section of this action, the form our development officers have to fill out would automatically populate in the notes tab of the action. I think this would greatly reduce the number of forms/spreadsheets that are housed outside of the database, as well as increase the speed and efficiency of our staff (right now, we do a lot of "cut and paste" from the form into the action notepad...)

    This is very similar to what I'd like to see happen with Raiser's Edge. I have created a document template that is accessible from the constituent record through Word. When the DO's create that template and save it as an action, then by virtue of the specific action type (MG Strategy) I'd like to pull the attached document for printout.
