It would be nice to open the actions tab and be able to see if one action has multiple notes on it so that we don't have to dig into every individual action to find whether or not there is a deeper history. Solution BB577196 is woefully inadequate; Development Officers have much more important things to be doing than deleting notepads and re-entering them. Instead, if the Action could either be flagged that it has more than one notepad so they know which ones to open OR if the multiple notepads could be listed below - like the "conversation" mode in e-mails. Either solution would be better than the current system.
I agree with Deb about wanting to see the last note that was entered on the action screen or at least give your client the option to choose which order they appear (oldest or newest note).
I disagree - If you need to be looking at actions in this level of detail you should not be using the appeal tab for this. Run a report. It can show all of the notes that have been added.
It would also be helpful if you could view the last note that was entered into the action from the action screen when several notes have been added.
Not the Appeal Tab -- Action Tab in General -- to see the latest note that was added to the action in the view screen
