When using Batch, show "Last Appeal" in Constituent Fields on the side
When you are adding a batch, you can edit the Constituent fields shown in the sidebar through Constituent > Define Constituent Fields. It would be helpful if you were allowed to add "Last Appeal" and "Last Appeal Date" so that I didn't have to go into a constituent record to find out what appeal the gift might be for. The appeal would show in the side bar.

We set up business rules to pop up with the last appeals to get around this.
That is a good suggestion, Nicole S. I would like to see last appeal on the side, or even for it to have the option of loading information like from a pledge. If you go to the trouble of adding the appeal information on the record when you send an appeal, it should be easily accessible for data entry when they respond to the appeal!
We used the pop-up after the mail house completely forgot to print the appeal codes on remits for a mailing. We found it to be so helpful that we've continued to use it.
But, being able to see it in the constituent view window wouldn't hurt.
