Within gift batch,I ALT + C + H to open the constituent's giving history to see when the last gift was (or no previous gift) as this affects what thank you letter they will receive with their receipt.

What would be far better for time management is for this to remain open in the Constituent Field window and change giving history with each constituent, with YTD would be even better as totals affect who signs the letter.
