Stop aborting imports/exports that are longer than an hour in the hosted environment. When running a long import/export the system requires you to move your mouse once every hour or it kills your job. I have exports that pull the entire database with summary totals and these can take up to 12 hours, it is crazy to expect me to remote in every hour to move the cursor, when the system should recognize that it is being used. It is also not reasaonable to have to request my time be extended every time I do a longer import/export. Every week I have to run exports that are over an hour for an outside vendor. If others of you share this frustration please vote to have the time limits not abort active running imports/exports.
