Most of the time you are mailing to a contact of an organization and not the organization itself. While the address tab has the option to mail to all of the contacts the query list would allow flexibility in deciding which contacts to mail to.

It would be easier if you can globally add actions to participant records and the event at the same time, so you don't have to do them separately. It would be nice if you could add a query of constituents and then select the event as well.

Most times, the donor may not know the honorees address. We should remove the requirement to add the honor's address in case the donor doesn't know it. If the honoree lives in the database, the organization would have it anyway.
