Nicole, how can you create that query? I don't see that option anywhere. 

I think this could be accomplished by creating a dashboard based on a query with criteria of birth date equals today and then set it up on the homepage and to automatically update.

Although, I would suggest something with a wider range since you would miss people with birthdays over the weekend or any day that the staff person was out of the office or etc.
