Would be great to see which entries are not in use. Maybe even an option to delete multiple (or all) unused entries at one time? The way it works now is a nightmare for big cleanup projects.

That way you can see the topic of the email from within the Actions tab list without having to duplicate the effort by opening up the Note created by the email.
