Gift date can not be adjusted and one should be able to do so. For example, if batch is used to enter gifts and the date is set in default incorrectly, it is not possible to change the dates on the gifts if they have been posted.

Many position titles these days are longer than the number of characters currently allowed under an individual constituent's business information. Having to truncate a person's position title to fit is awkward.

Would be great to see which entries are not in use. Maybe even an option to delete multiple (or all) unused entries at one time? The way it works now is a nightmare for big cleanup projects.
