When uploading new letters there shuld be a toggle to make a letter both a conditional merge letter and/or a record letter. You should also be able to go into each letter through Config and adjust them there, not have to open it through the merge....

Globally Delete and manage multiple address listings. Every time we run NCOA additional addresses are added to records. The inability to mass change/delete addresses effectively makes duplication suppression ineffective.

In export you can export the last gift amount of a certain dollar amount. For example I only want to see the last gift of $250 and above and the date of that gift, not actually the last gift given.

It would be great to avoid having to re-fill in the campaign, fund, etc again, if we already have the information in the proposal. It would be good if this could be automatic.

We process our gifts by gift batch. Receipts and Donor Acknowledgement letters are processed by batch as well. We would like to emali the receipts to constituents by batch as well.
