IN outlook - the add ins tab is always there - I can save any email as an action in RE. Why can't I do that with any word doc or excel doc? Why must a word doc have to have been created through RE to be saved as an action? I find that ridiculous.1

I would like to be able to open a record, click on the appeal tab and have it appear in order of the most recent appeal sent.
It would be a huge time saver if we could open a constituent record, click on the appeal tab and have the appeals be listed in date order of the most recently sent. Right now you have to manually reorder the appeals each time you open a record.1
