The current Phonathon Form only allows one phone number for the Address Phone field. The ability to choose multiple would be helpful since most donors now now cell phones and home phones, etc.

It would save a whole lot of time if the option to mark letters as acknowledged was left for the end. Having to run the mail merge twice in order to be able to proof your letters seems like an inefficient use of time.

Why would this be useful, because I don't know who is affected in our db. Often when we come across this issue, it happens so fast - the change and you only know if it has affected the Business tab if you look there. Very bad for data integrity.
