I would like to see home phone, cell phone, and email on the standard Phonathon Form for the Bio1 constituent and at least one phone type for the spouse.

I totally agree with the above comments. At this point, it is absolutely essential to have more than one field available for phone numbers for each address.

This form is useless to us only because it will not allow us to provide our volunteers with the most basic contact information of cell or email address.

My suggestion is to remove the business contact headers and allow 3 contact numbers of my choice. It's funny because you allow me to make those selections under the business headers and yet the selections are not displayed.

I agree with all of these comments. Why do you allow us to choose cell number (to pull in where it says business phone) if that option is not possible? Most people are ditching their land lines and using cells. We need to be able to have that available on the phonathon forms.

AGREE - We need to be able to add in home number plus cell and email for volunteers to confirm.

PLEASE add Cell Phone numbers to phones that can be outputted on Phonathon Forms.
Phonathons do not typically call people's business's or Spouse's businesses!!!

Please, Please add the ability to print more than one phone type on the phonathon forms - there is such a mix of home and cell phones - also having th ability to have email address would greatly help in verifying the information on current constituents. Never have I used a spouse or spouse business for the phonathon calling.
