If wanting to do a Crystal report that uses the last installment date of pledges, it is either not possible or complex depending on how the report is using it. If it were a gift export field, it would resolve the situation.

Large exports of data can take several hours to run, and as such, users often run them while they are away from their desks / done for the day. Having an active export running should override any timeout function until the export has completed.
