I have too many duplicates getting set up. The critera for duplicates needs to be managable by the customer. It is not checking the addess as a priority before setting up a David Jones or Davy Jonoes at same address. Or checking the spouses' name and address before setting up a spouse as a new donor. It is driving me crazy mereing these accounts. I use account management tool daily!
Eliminate duplicates. Everyone working in data entry, finance, marking would all benefit from have correct date in the system and not duplicates. That is one of our biggest issues right now.0

I wanted the Move Status list for all constituents who had moved. There were letters involved such as M, X, A, F, I--these letters were foreign to me. Curious that when you abbreviate that you provide a key somewhere on the print-out. Thanks!0

Globally uncheck "show inactive proposals" and set as default

make global change to a group of constituents not based on Query
I would like to upload a list of constituent ids and make a global change (adding newly created solicit codes). These constituents have nothing in common so I can not run a query to globally change the group.1

It would easier to find donations in Journal, if email blasts, etc. were listed separately.
