When a gift is posted, only the fields that affect FE should be grayed out.
Currently, the gift subtype (defined by the organization), pay method, package, appeal and campaign are grayed out when posted to FE. Because adjusting these fields does not affect FE, these fields should not be locked down by the posting process.2
