When a gift is posted, only the fields that affect FE should be grayed out.

Currently, the gift subtype (defined by the organization), pay method, package, appeal and campaign are grayed out when posted to FE. Because adjusting these fields does not affect FE, these fields should not be locked down by the posting process.

    I can support all but gift sub-type. :) This can depending on if used by your org be linked to GL accounts.

    Agree with JoAnn. Since I posted this suggestion, I've discovered that Gift Subtype is one of the few fields that go into FE. We would want that grayed out, but NOT the package, appeal or campaign. Thanks!
