Allow ALL Event categories to have Sponsoring Pledges so a true Dinner Event doesn't have to be set up as a Sporting Event

Allow ALL Event categories to have Sponsoring Pledges so that they can be set up properly. We have an annual Spring Luncheon that has dozens of Sponsors that cover the cost of the Event each year. The info truly belongs within the Event.
