You can arrange your folders in what ever order you want. I wouldn't necessarily want mine alpha - mine are listed with the ones I use the most at the top of the list. Is it that hard to move them?

Query Folders - it would be great to have a folder system similar to our computers. Folders within folders allowing layers and groupings.

We have a lot of users, and when they all want individual folders, is becomes complicated when you have a large number of folders - 50+ and then we need to use the arrows to move these folders up and down. So being able to alphabetize them would be fantastic.
