I agree. I think everything else is now functioning properly the same in address processing for orgs, contacts, individuals whether in Export or Mail. Since my organization does not use an RE integrated e-mail management product, we have to skip from mail (where e-mail is not available) over to running exports for e-blast lists sent outside RE. So, ideally, we would be able to manage duplication among our constituents at that level the same we have the options to do in Mail (or not to do depending on the circumstances).
