I currently pull acknowledgements via export because the Mail function does not allow you the edit the merge document without being in the middle of the merge process. Barring any fix of that problem, I would like to be able to pull the contact's position title through address processing in a gift export, so I can get the correct person's title to appear in the address block. I need to use address processing, because that is the only place I can filter contacts based on contact attribute, which is how we mark which contact should receive an acknowledgement letter. Allowing me to link a specific contact with a particular gift would be a nice way to fix that problem as well.
