I would like to have the ability to modify the action categories of phone call, meeting, mailing, email, advocacy and task/other. Currently they are hard-coded into your system and it would be helpful if they could be tailored to the workings of our respective organizations.
I agree! I just asked about this, and was told to suggest it on the idea board. I found this post, so will vote for it! Does ANYONE use "Advocacy?" Because we are all working remotely at the moment, we would like to "commandeer" that category and call it "Virtual Meeting" instead of a face-to-face meeting.
I am casting my vote for the ability to customize Action Categories so they are tailored to the actions of relevance & importance to our specific organizations. I second what Regina Dodge writes: " It would be nice if the organizations had some control over what's important for action category tracking because every organization is different."
I agree with this idea. We are currently not using advocacy and would like to be able to use that radio button for a different category which we find important to track in our office.
