Love this idea. And echo the views of fellow commentators that it is crazy that it cannot be done already.

Can't believe this isn't an option - it makes so much sense to be able to globally add annotations based on certain query criteria. I need this!

Now that annotations can be viewed in NXT we would find it incredibly useful to be able to globally add and delete annotations to records. We use business rules a lot to add notes to records (eg to flag when constituents are included in our latest telephone campaigns) but these notices don't show in NXT. If we could globally add annotations we could use this instead of the business rules.

Completely cryptic. Please explain what you're talking about. Thanks.

I have also come across the need for this. Thankfully it was a manageable number of records, but I had to manually add/change the annotations.

I would also like to see properties on the annotations so that I can see who may have entered it or when.

Yes, being able to import annotations to multiple constituent records and being able to view the properties of annotations as suggested by Nicole S.would both be useful additions to RE.

I agree with this, but also that it needs to be further explained - I believe they are suggesting that it would be great to have Annotations (the notes that can be made to pop up automatically upon opening a record) included as something that can be globally added or changed, rather than only manually. I have almost 200 constituents that need the same annotation added and would love to have a global add feature.
