Why can't the 'No. Invited' field be automatically populated as you change the Participant records 'Invitation' field from 'Not Invited' to 'Invited'? Where you might only capture some of the participants on RE, you can then overwrite the figure with additional invitee numbers, but it seems odd that it is generated at the bottom of the screen but not added to the field on the General Tab? This means you have to manually update that so the Event Summary dashboard works.
