Alerting me when I add a gift which completes a pledge

When adding a gift to a constituent's record, if this is the final pay-cash related to a pledge the system should alert us to this to ensure we follow up with our donors.

    We also have certain things we like to do when a pledge is paid off. I think the fields available in acknowledgment letters in mail may be lacking some of the stuff we'd like to use.
