Enable receipt stack to be added to recurring gifts processed automatically in NXT.

After transitioning to automatic processing for recurring gifts in NXT, I noticed that the gift came in with the receipt stack blank. There currently does not seem to be a way for the receipt stack to be automatically assigned from the master gift (which was set up in the database). This creates another step in the process which it would be great not to have to do.

    We have recently transferred our monthly donors to be processed automatically in RE NXT - but the receipt stack is not visible in batch. To add receipt stack you seem to have to go into each gift record in database to select consolidated receipts.. Surely there must be an easier way!!
