Ability to sort items by two columns, or sort multiple actions with the same date, in time order.

Frequently we add multiple actions with the same date on a constituent record. For example, a phone call, then a report to a colleague, then a letter to the constituent. When sorting all actions by date, they are not displayed in the order they were added and can't be sorted in time order.

    I would definitely prefer that Actions with the same date be listed by entry, so the last entered would be the first listed. I just entered a phone call as a single action. That phone call led to the creation of a Next Step, which is a separate Action with the same date. The Next Step was entered after the phone call, but on the Actions tab it is listed after the phone call. This is misleading, confusing and counterintuitive. As a gift officer, my basic rule is that I want to see the most recent event in the relationship listed first. Always.
