add the ability to import gift adjustments

Users would like to be able import gift adjustments rather than touch each gift individually to make an adjustment.

    This would be extremely helpful to me!  My director changed the name of our employee campaign half way through the campaign.  With the pledges already posted, I must touch each one and make the adjustment on the split gift screen or un-post and change which I would rather NOT do.

    This would be helpful to me. I am in the process of revamping how we track Campaigns and Funds. Basically I am moving the year from the Fund to the Campaign for all gifts from the past 5 years. I want a history of the previous Funds used in case there are any issues or questions in the future.
