Add "Department" or "Mail Code" as a field for organization contacts

For very large organizations it would be helpful to have fields like "department" or "mail code". For address to work with AddressAccelerator and AddressFinder they need to be limited to 2 lines and a certain number of characters per line (50 for line 1 and 30 for line 2, I believe). And the department is for contacts, not the whole company, so I don't feel like it belongs in the address lines. Currently, we have re-purposed another field, but this is not a perfect solution.

    This would solve a frustrating dilemma - currently you need to put Department in delivery address OR create a new Cn record for each department in an organization, neither of which is ideal.

    I also need this so that I can query by department with some consistency. WIthin my organization I often need to know who is in the fundraising department and hate having to use an attribute when it should be a part of the address field that is queryable.
