Allow us to move gift to another record after being committed Merged

There are times when a gift is entered under the wrong constituent by accident. It would be very helpful to be able to adjust the gift by just changing the constituent ID to the correct one. Currently, RE makes you delete the gift and re-enter, which is time-consuming and inefficient!!
