Previous systems that I have used have sent an email to the donor who's card or EFT was declined. This applies to recurring gifts as one-time gifts through a website simply will not process as the donor enters them. Right now, I have to go find the declines and email the donor. Can the system automatically email the donor? Even if it is a template that I put my email in, if a decline code is reached, it should send out to the donor so the donor knows to contact us to update their card info. Please! This would be so helpful!
