Currently we have several media types set up. we put members photos on media tab and everyone should be able to access photo's. Often though, we have a need to put confidential information on media tab, like the members will, or life insurance policies etc. I'd like the ability to restrict security based on media type much like you can in notes.
We are a Foundation of a health network and have a concierge program. Some of the documents we keep stored in RE for our members, we would only like our concierge team to have access to. This includes insurance information, HIPAA release, living wills, etc...
Our organisation would like to upload Lottery application forms via the Media tab which contain bank sort code and account number details, the access to this information needs to be restricted to only our Income Admin team, being able to secure this information would be a great help.
