Customization of Donations Forms

The donation form for Blackbaud is not appealing! When you look at other nonprofits donation forms, they are able to customize them and have different elements. Donors want an experience, as they donate, not just a long form. Great donation widgets and elements on a web-page are:

ASPCA: https://secure.aspca.org/donate/donate?ms=wb_top_homepage-donate&initialms=wb_top_homepage-donate&pcode=WEBMEMBER&lpcode=WEBGUARD (their widget is very appealing and has the option to click seperate one-time or monthly boxes)

Feeding America: https://secure.feedingamerica.org/site/Donation2?idb=1679173664&df_id=25431&mfc_pref=T&25431.donation=form1&s_onsite_promo=MainNav_Donate&s_subsrc=https://www.feedingamerica.org/&s_src=W193ORGSC&s_referrer=google&_ga=2.199992615.820149824.1553699424-1011591447.1553699424&25431_donation=form1

This also applies to being able to customize the thank you note received by the donor when they choose one time gift vs recurring gifts. It is unacceptable that the donor receives the same message. It goes against everything we learn in the fundraising world about customizing the experience for the donor.
