The ability to include additional roles for sync form ON to RE through Connect RE

I have several roles (other than what Connect RE has chosen) in On that should sync to RE through Connect RE.  Would like the ability to make syncing an option within the role set up or you can add an additional role we can use for active Core Users that we need to syn through Connect RE.

    On the reverse, it would be nice to be able to exclude some roles. Some of our educational consultants have the "Parental Access" relationship for a while to help parents but they export every time I do a sync.
