Sometimes we set up a "giving form" for people to make a payment (for an event, a school branded item, etc.) that is NOT a gift. When setting up the form it doesn't say "gift" anyplace - but when the donor gets an email confirmation from us, the email includes the text "Your gift details:". It should say "your transactional details" or "your payment details."
